Paris Presents will merge with personal care brand Freeman Beauty

Private equity firm Yellow Wood Partners has acquired Paris Presents, the owner of beauty brands Eco Tools and Real Techniques. Through the acquisition from EagleTree Capital, Paris Presents will merge with Yellow Wood’s current personal care brand Freeman Beauty.

New Partnership provides access to addtional resources

The move is said to benefit both companies’ millennial and generation Z-focused retail partnerships.
